At Autonovec Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to returns and refunds.
1. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not need to provide a reason.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel, please notify us by email at support@autonovec.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number.
3. Returning Goods
- Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
4. Refunds
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the order.
- Shipping costs are refundable only where the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
5. Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Digital downloads once access has been provided
- Items that are damaged or not returned in resalable condition
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@autonovec.com We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
